When you looking @ testimonial box, there is an image with hyper text link to other site? Yup! this is back link to other site by an image. it`s ok! adding testimonial with nice background graphic is more cool. isn`t it? i think so.. dont want to know someone who taken this testimonial have one purpose to get a traffict gerenation some thing like link exchange to their site or not.
